TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking Tee Times and Open Competitions using our
online booking facility.
OPEN COMPETITIONS.
When you book for a team event ( Scramble or Am/AM )your tee time is secure. For individual and pairs events the tee time you have booked will be finalised nearer the date of the event.
Please note the Tournament Committee reserve the right to amend the draw within a 15 minute, either side of the time booked. The Draw and Result will be displayed on the Clubs website.)
Entrants without membership to a recognised golf club will be required to pay an additional £35 green fees (Mon-Fri) and £40 green fees (sat-Sun)
Pitreavie Golf Club reserves the right to refuse entries for any reason without explanation.
To book a tee time or open competition online, you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details. Full payment will be taken at time of booking, using our secure on-line payment process.
Please report to the Pro-shop on your arrival at Pitreavie Golf Club.
If you cancel your booking more than 3 days before your date of play,
you will receive the full pre payment of your green fees to your credit/debit card.
Competitors who fail to give 3days notice of withdrawal will forfeit their entrance fee.
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be no refund.
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), a full refund will be given.
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.
On the course and in the Club house the general rule is smart casual. The club staff have the authority to decide what clothing is acceptable. The following are not considered suitable: shorts (must be tailored), football/rugby shirts, T shirts, Jeans
